SmartSet is pleased to offer three medical plans as a benefit to our actively working employees along with several additional benefit options! Any employee who is currently working on an assignment may elect to participate in our various insurance options.

FAQs
When am I eligible for healthcare benefits?
New hires will have 30 days from their first paycheck to enroll in additional coverage offerings or Opt-Out of the automatic enrollment. All employees will be automatically enrolled in our Minimal Essential Coverage (MEC Plan) if they do not opt-out.

Can I opt out of the automatically enrolled MEC Plan or benefit coverages?
When is open enrollment?
Open enrollment occurs once per year. Active working employees will be able to participate in open enrollment for benefits annually during the month of June. We will not have another open enrollment until the following year in June.
